- Align learning initiatives with business goals and outcomes
- Coordinate customer risk mitigation plans
- Create reusable knowledge sharing materials
- Deliver technical enablement and training sessions
- Diagnose technical issues from logs and code
- Facilitate onboarding workshops for user groups
- Guide onboarding for first use milestones
- Identify underutilized apps and stalled users
- Monitor product usage and satisfaction
- Provide solution feedback to product and engineering
- Resolve onboarding blockers
