Customer Success Functional Expert – Reporting, Analytics & Insights
Tasks
- Analyze usage data and customer feedback for enablement
- Assess customer data maturity and tailor guidance
- Conduct customer consultations workshops and webinars
- Create playbooks templates dashboards and knowledge articles
- Demonstrate analytics use cases for nonprofit outcomes
- Design customize and optimize reports dashboards and analytics
- Identify gaps between goals and product usage
- Partner with Customer Success and Product teams
- Provide reporting analytics subject matter expertise
- Recommend strategies to increase adoption and effectiveness
- Support customers with data to insight recommendations
- Translate business questions into reporting approaches
