Tasks
- Amend and update customer data upon request
- Coordinate with credit collections sales and business users
- Drive SAP data governance
- Evaluate credit risk and identify high risk accounts
- Improve reporting and customer service levels
- Maintain ERP records to audit standard
- Maintain SAP customer and supplier master data
- Maintain customer and supplier banking information with finance
- Maintain payment terms currency and incoterms
- Manage customer credit holds
- Monitor and review credit portfolio data and propose adjustments
- Review duty rates from trade compliance
- Set up and maintain customer and supplier accounts
- Set up new customers in SAP after credit risk evaluation
- Update and own cost factor changes driven by FX duties incoterms
