Senior Service Engineer - Azure Storage
Tasks
- Analyze telemetry benchmark and fleet health to identify trends and risks
- Drive qualification strategy and test planning
- Lead qualification and production readiness validation for Azure Storage hardware SKUs
- Own complex investigations across software hardware firmware and platform
- Partner with engineering teams and mentor engineers
- Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to closure
- Serve as technical escalation point for qualification failures and performance regressions
