- Assess business challenges and define Agentforce use cases
- Create agents prompts topics actions flows
- Deliver mentorship and enablement programs
- Develop technical designs and communicate business value
- Document reference architectures and build reusable assets
- Lead technical design and hands on development of Agentforce solutions
- Manage multiple client engagements
- Provide escalation support for complex Agentforce projects
- Provide voice of the customer feedback to product and engineering
- Run enablement sessions
- Serve as subject matter expert on Salesforce Agentforce
- Support pre sales technical validation and scope
- Write Apex and SOQL code for customer requirements
