Tasks
- Build LLM enabled agentic workflows
- Collaborate with protein designers and wet lab scientists
- Connect models to experiments for iterative learning
- Create data generation strategies for experimental campaigns
- Design property models for protein optimization
- Develop machine learning methods for lab in the loop protein optimization
- Develop production quality ML models and data workflows
- Ensure reliability reproducibility observability and computational efficiency
- Identify technical gaps and define milestones
- Implement multi objective optimization for therapeutic proteins
- Integrate ML components into scalable platform capabilities
