Tasks
- Architect and implement retrieval augmented generation pipelines
- Collect user feedback and iterate on agent
- Connect agent to enterprise knowledge sources
- Coordinate with security legal compliance platform and UX teams
- Create documentation runbooks and handover materials
- Ensure compliance with security privacy and AI governance rules
- Gather requirements and align with product owners and support teams
- Implement monitoring logging testing and rollback strategies
- Integrate agent into end user channels
- Integrate agent orchestration with existing agentic capabilities
- Lead end to end design of enterprise GenAI support agent
- Provide progress updates and deliver final demo and technical report
- Run evaluations for accuracy helpfulness safety
