- Build business cases for AI and data investments
- Define problems and conduct readiness assessments
- Design operating models and technology stacks
- Develop AI and data strategy offerings and collateral
- Ensure platform execution aligns with strategy
- Lead AI and data strategy engagements end to end
- Maintain executive stakeholder relationships
- Manage scope and risk for delivery
- Mentor consultants on strategic thinking and delivery quality
- Partner with data analytics product and delivery teams
- Prioritize use cases and design roadmaps
- Provide delivery quality oversight and coaching
- Serve as trusted advisor to client sponsors
- Support sales pursuits client presentations thought leadership
