Data Analyst 3, Talent & People Analytics (Remote)
Tasks
- Analyze complex employee experience datasets
- Assess tool stack data accuracy and adoption
- Build and implement data definitions KPIs and metrics
- Create dashboards and enterprise insights using People Analytics datasets
- Develop metrics reports dashboards and discovery boards
- Partner with stakeholders to intake and prioritize requests
- Provide HR KPI analysis for executive presentations
- Reconcile stakeholder demands and manage project delivery
- Tell data driven stories for mixed technical audiences
