- Analyze conversion and customer behavior
- Analyze fulfillment returns and service levels
- Analyze inventory and supply metrics
- Analyze sales and channel performance
- Build BI models to metric definitions
- Build data pipelines
- Create BI reporting infrastructure
- Create analytics dashboards and reports
- Define data modeling naming standards
- Design Medallion Architecture
- Develop Power BI semantic layer
- Ensure data quality
- Implement data flow from GA4 Polar and Klaviyo to warehouse
- Maintain canonical data model
- Measure customer lifetime value and retention
- Own BigQuery data warehouse
- Partner with finance on metric models
- Provide margin and finance performance reporting
- Resolve system data discrepancies
- Support CRM lifecycle analytics
- Support cost-to-serve analysis
- Support performance marketing attribution analysis
- Use AI in analytics and tooling
