Tasks
- Act as client representative on data center projects
- Attend project coordination meetings
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Contribute to process and tool improvement
- Coordinate end to end RFP processes
- Coordinate supply chain activities across project phases
- Ensure contract compliance
- Manage RFI management and bid evaluation
- Manage approvals and contract execution
- Manage claims and contract close out
- Manage sourcing procurement and contract administration
- Manage supplier onboarding capability assessment and prequalification
- Monitor contractual milestones
- Participate in contract change management
- Prepare award recommendations
- Prepare contractual documentation and amendments
- Prepare contractual documentation and master agreements
- Report on contract status risks and issues
- Support Contract Lifecycle Management
- Support final account and contract closure activities
- Support negotiation and execution of contracts and framework agreements
- Support supply chain planning and strategy by category
