Tasks
- Build AWS data workflows
- Collaborate with data scientists analysts and BI teams
- Create CI/CD pipelines
- Design ETL/ELT pipelines
- Ensure GDPR data privacy compliance
- Implement data governance with Lake Formation
- Implement encryption and IAM access policies
- Implement real time and batch streaming
- Ingest, transform, and load data
- Integrate data from APIs on prem and third party sources
- Manage data in S3 DynamoDB RDS and Redshift
- Monitor audit logs with CloudTrail
- Monitor pipeline health with cloudwatch
- Optimize data partitioning and lifecycle
- Optimize storage formats
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Schedule and monitor data workflows
- Set up alerts and logging for failures
- Tune ETL jobs and query performance
