Tasks
- Build data ingestion and transformation processes
- Build data quality validation and monitoring
- Collaborate with stakeholders on data models
- Design ETL/ELT pipelines
- Develop Snowflake data platform objects
- Extract data from REST APIs and databases
- Implement dimensional data models
- Ingest data from flat files and cloud storage
- Load data into Snowflake
- Maintain documentation for pipelines and data models
- Monitor pipelines and resolve production incidents
- Optimize SQL queries and workloads
- Optimize Snowflake performance and cost
- Support data governance and security
