Tasks
- Apply dimensional modeling star schemas
- Build ingestion transformation and loading processes
- Collaborate on logical and physical data models
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
- Develop Snowflake data platform solutions
- Develop ingestion frameworks
- Diagnose pipeline performance issues
- Document pipelines and operational processes
- Enforce data security and access controls
- Implement Snowflake objects and automation
- Implement data quality, validation, and monitoring
- Ingest data from REST APIs relational databases SaaS flat files
- Maintain production support and incident resolution
- Monitor and optimize workloads for SLAs
- Optimize Snowflake performance and cost
- Set data engineering standards and best practices
- Support Azure data lake architecture
