- Build and scale real-time and batch data infrastructure
- Collaborate with backend platform AI ML and product teams
- Define data engineering strategy and roadmap
- Ensure SLAs and compliance for production data platforms
- Establish standards for data modeling observability orchestration and governance
- Lead critical design reviews
- Manage hire and mentor data engineers
