- Build delivery practices documentation standards and ways of working
- Define and maintain data architecture standards
- Deliver prioritized data initiatives aligned to digital roadmap
- Embed AI capabilities in data platform roadmap
- Ensure access controls and platform resilience
- Ensure platform performance scalability and reliability
- Establish single source of truth for reporting and insights
- Lead and mentor data engineers and analysts
- Lead design build and evolution of enterprise data platform
- Manage data platform vendors and external partners
- Oversee delivery outcomes timelines and quality
- Oversee pipelines data models and reporting layers
- Own end to end data ingestion transformation modeling and analytics delivery
