- Communicate during outages high impact incidents and changes
- Define SLA SLO KPI
- Ensure security regulatory and validation compliance
- Ensure service reliability and performance
- Escalate blockers and coordinate stakeholders

- Lead mentor and develop operations team
- Lead platform administration and monitoring
- Maintain SOPs runbooks and knowledge repos
- Manage environments (DEV, QA, PROD)

- Onboard data pipelines end to end
- Operate data platforms
- Perform root cause analysis
- Plan and execute cost optimization
