Tasks
- Apply AI tools for workflow optimization and reporting automation
- Clarify requirements with stakeholders
- Conduct data analysis and quality assurance
- Contribute to quality management and operational KPIs
- Coordinate work allocation and monitor task completion
- Design data processing solutions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies governance and procedures
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Improve processes and automation opportunities
- Lead technical project setup
- Maintain data processing solutions
- Manage high complexity projects and competing workloads
- Perform statistical calculations and modeling
- Process client project materials
- Resolve project issues with cross functional teams
- Test and support newly developed software tools
- Train and support colleagues on data processing methodologies and systems
- Validate data tables reports dashboards spreadsheets and output files
