- Apply metadata filtering document lineage freshness and retention controls
- Build scalable ingestion pipelines for structured semi structured and unstructured data
- Create retrieval evaluation datasets and relevance labels
- Enforce role based attribute based access control in retrieval
- Generate embeddings chunk documents and enrich metadata
- Implement PII and sensitive data security and governance
- Implement reranking grounding and citation generation
- Implement vector retrieval keyword search and hybrid retrieval
- Monitor retrieval quality metrics and citation accuracy
- Optimize retrieval pipelines for scalability availability and observability
- Own data ingestion and retrieval ecosystem for AI agents
- Set up monitoring dashboards alerts and operational runbooks
- Troubleshoot ingestion failures stale indexes and access control leakage
