- Collaborate with product teams to deploy data science solutions
- Create proofs of concept to add business value
- Develop machine learning solutions for route requirements staffing needs and sales estimations
- Establish data science best practices across organization
- Integrate data science models with backend services
- Lead data science and software engineering team to build and deploy planning systems
- Maintain delivery cadence and drive continuous improvement
- Manage delivery of AI systems to balance profit and operational excellence
- Manage end to end recruitment and team development
- Mentor and coach team members with regular feedback
