- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Develop and optimize real time streaming pipelines using Apache Kafka
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and platform reliability
- Ensure solutions are secure scalable and maintainable
- Lead technical design for data processing and streaming applications
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Participate in technical decision making and roadmap planning
- Perform system analysis and resolve performance bottlenecks
