- Automate Excel and PowerPoint reporting into refreshable dashboards
- Define and maintain KPI definitions reporting logic and metric calculations
- Deliver stakeholder training enablement and documentation for self service reporting
- Design and maintain standardized dashboards and scorecards
- Develop reusable reporting templates for customer data foundation
- Implement reporting quality controls reconciliation and refresh monitoring
- Maintain reporting governance artifacts dashboard catalogue KPI data dictionary change logs and user guidance
- Migrate priority reports to standardized CDF based solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise in SFE reporting best practice
- Translate business questions into actionable visual analytics
