Tasks
- Build and maintain customer data master in Informatica C360
- Build test and deploy data model attributes and mappings
- Build test and deploy source data ingresses and egresses
- Conduct solution design reviews and health checks
- Design C360 and R360 workflow CAI and API components
- Design egress CDI and API processes
- Design ingress CDI and API processes
- Develop and improve end to end customer data management processes
- Ensure quality and integrity of customer master database
- Implement REST API integrations
- Implement data privacy compliance and security measures
- Implement data quality match merge survivorship and enrichment
- Maintain technical documentation user guides and specifications
- Perform sprint deliverable demos and validations
- Provision users and configure user roles and reference data
- Review entity attribute and hierarchy design for C360
- Set up secure agent network configuration and SSO
