Data/AI Scientist II
Tasks
- Build and validate machine learning and AI models
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics teams
- Develop and maintain Python code for data processing and pipelines
- Develop healthcare data and quantitative methods subject matter expertise
- Manage patient medication adherence and chronic disease education
- Participate in quality improvement activities
- Provide telephonic and video outreach and education
- Supervise and mentor pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
- Support development of LLM based tools
- Support transitions of care
- Utilize analytics dashboards for proactive outreach
