Tasks
- Act as escalation point for facilities related issues
- Create and deploy standard practices for engineering operations technicians
- Ensure safety procedures are adhered to by vendor and staff
- Manage planned preventative maintenance and daily corrective work
- Oversee day to day operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in a data center
- Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures
- Provide training and guidance to engineering operations technicians
- Respond to emergency issues
- Troubleshoot and report facility and server level events within internal SLA
- Utilize CMMS to manage building workflows
