Act as escalation point for facilities related issues
Create and deploy standard practices for engineering operations technicians
Ensure safety procedures are adhered to by vendor and staff
Manage planned preventative maintenance and daily corrective work
Oversee day to day operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in a data center
Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures
