Delivery Solutions Architect - Startups & Emerging Enterprise
Tasks
- Coordinate execution plans across customer facing technical teams
- Coordinate with Professional Services on engagement proposals
- Create point of view for accelerating use cases into production
- Drive onboarding enablement go live and healthy consumption
- Lead post technical win account strategy and execution plan
- Own technical execution for prioritized data and AI use cases
- Partner with Product and Engineering on product innovations previews and upgrades
- Provide KPI reporting on usage and customer health
- Resolve production go live technical issues and escalations
- Serve as post sale technical lead for Databricks products
