Tasks

• Conduct preventative maintenance audits
• Coordinate issue resolution with technical teams
• Deliver user training on system operations
• Manage AMR fleet status and repair tracking
• Perform acceptance testing and document results
• Perform minor repairs retrofits and recalls
• Provide after hours or on call coverage
• Support system commissioning and integration
• Troubleshoot deployment and go live issues
