Deputy Manager - Simulations & Robotics
Tasks
- Analyze root causes for cycle time targets
- Build station cell and line in Process Simulate
- Conduct process studies for gun equipment and fixtures
- Create BIW robotic welding simulation cells and OLP
- Create robot paths with zero collision
- Develop BIW process plans for manual and robotic welding
- Develop line layout manufacturing process flow and cycle time charts
- Ensure zero errors collisions and losses
- Generate OLP using virtual controllers
- Generate basic paths and zoning conditions for welding
- Generate simulation standards and check sheets
- Optimize robot paths and robot zoning with line builders
- Perform formability analysis of sheet metal parts
- Run CAE simulations
- Support installation commissioning and post SOP process support
- Verify simulations and OLP with process and line teams
