AMS Data Platform Support Specialist
Tasks
- Create technical documentation runbooks and knowledge base
- Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Manage Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 data structures
- Participate in automation and platform optimization initiatives
- Provide operational support for cloud data platforms
- Resolve incidents and service disruptions
- Support Azure Databricks workloads
- Support Power BI workspaces and dataset refresh
- Troubleshoot Azure Data Factory data pipelines
- Troubleshoot Azure networking including VNets NSGs DNS connectivity
- Troubleshoot Azure virtual machines and services
