Digital Fulfillment Specialist
Tasks
- Communicate proactively about substitutions and order changes
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners
- Direct and support cashiers to manage guest flow and checkout efficiency
- Ensure order speed accuracy and brand standards
- Ensure product availability quality and merchandising for digital fulfillment
- Lead daily digital order execution
- Maintain operational consistency across digital platforms
- Track order metrics guest feedback and performance
- Verify stage package and prepare orders for pickup or delivery
