- Define SOW scoping and business outcomes
- Develop adoption and change management value proposition
- Drive pipeline development for AI adoption offerings
- Govern delivery methodology and practice strategy
- Lead pre-sales engagements
- Manage delivery quality risk and business outcomes
- Mentor change management practitioners and build capability bench
- Oversee change roadmaps stakeholder analysis and communications
- Own customer satisfaction renewal and expansion
