- Design scalable robust extensible systems
- Drive CI CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
- Drive product governance and deployment excellence
- Establish automated QA and testing frameworks
- Foster user centric design thinking and product empathy
- Implement adoption tracking instrumentation
- Integrate AI accelerators into development workflow
- Lead Scrum ceremonies and coaching for delivery predictability
- Lead and grow multi team product technical teams
- Lead product solutioning and build vs buy decisions
- Maintain product maintenance upgrade and incident processes
- Manage roadmap prioritisation across multiple initiatives
- Own end to end product architecture for analytics products
- Productionize data science models into product features
- Set QA QC quality gates for releases
