Director, CLO Analytics & Compliance - Hybrid
Tasks
- Approve flow of funds
- Establish controls and improve processes
- Govern outsourced CLO services and trustee relationships
- Handle inquiries and reporting requests for senior management
- Lead strategic projects and prioritize IT platform requirements
- Manage loan trade settlements and internal posting
- Manage operations for new fund launches through effective date
- Monitor CLO trades for pre settlement compliance
- Oversee CLO systems analytics and compliance
- Oversee cash and position breaks
- Provide feedback to middle office service provider and trustee
- Reconcile trade events rating agency actions and cash movements
- Review trustee reports and supervise tie out process
- Test and validate compliance models using CLO indenture
- Troubleshoot issues with technology vendor and prioritize enhancements
- Verify quarterly waterfall calculations
