Tasks
- Apply project management and quality assurance for client deliverables
- Conduct performance reviews
- Conduct sensitive high pressure client conversations
- Develop board and senior management client relationships
- Identify escalate and manage risks and issues
- Identify leads and manage opportunities to closure
- Identify opportunities for additional work
- Lead client meetings and ensure proper staffing
- Lead delivery of AML sanctions and fraud engagements
- Lead proposal and SOW development and prepare budgets
- Oversee financial crimes technology program assessment
- Provide day to day direction to engagement teams
- Recruit train mentor and develop advisory team members
- Review prepare reports using Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel
- Serve as client trusted advisor
- Stay current on regulatory guidance and industry trends
