Tasks
- Assess and rationalize legacy reports
- Build reusable data assets for reporting
- Challenge and refine reporting requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements
- Design semantic layer for reporting
- Develop testing and validation for data pipelines
- Establish data modelling and governance standards
- Implement transformation workflows using ELT
- Migrate reporting assets to Snowflake
- Provide coaching for BI developers and analysts
- Redesign reporting structures using data modelling principles
- Standardize business metrics definitions
- Troubleshoot data quality and performance issues
- Write SQL for Snowflake models and datasets
