- Build and lead data and ML platform team
- Communicate progress and impact to leadership
- Define data and ML observability with SLI SLO metrics and alerting
- Define data and ML platform vision strategy roadmap
- Design and implement ML experimentation platform
- Develop production ML lifecycle and ML Ops practices
- Drive continuous improvement using operational metrics
- Establish platform data pipelines feature stores model deployment frameworks
- Implement data governance security compliance and quality
- Manage data preparation cataloging and feature engineering
- Monitor in field model performance
- Oversee scalable ML pipelines
- Partner with product, engineering, and data science teams
- Scale data and ML infrastructure
- Spearhead generative AI investments
- Support model training and model serving
