- Drive onboarding and scaling of governed data products
- Enable data cataloging and metadata management
- Enable self service data access and consumption
- Ensure platform reliability performance scalability
- Ensure security compliance and audit readiness
- Establish data platform patterns and standards
- Establish engineering standards and quality frameworks
- Implement fine grained access control with AWS Lake Formation
- Implement monitoring observability and operational controls
- Lead data engineering and analytics team
- Lead technology and tooling decisions
- Manage data discovery capabilities
- Mentor and grow data engineering and analyst team
- Optimize platform cost efficiency
- Oversee ETL ELT transformation frameworks
- Oversee data ingestion pipelines
- Own data platform delivery and operations
