- Ensure training data matches bid time inference data
- Establish engineering structure to improve delivery speed
- Implement CI CD for ML deployments
- Implement data governance frameworks and access controls
- Integrate data clean rooms with partners
- Lead data platform engineering team
- Optimize hybrid streaming and log storage and GPU compute
- Set data retention policies
- Track data platform unit economics and storage and training costs
