Tasks
- Advise clinical technical and executive stakeholders on AI tradeoffs and adoption paths
- Assess clinical and operational data readiness and define feature strategies
- Build and guide machine learning solutions on Databricks
- Define responsible AI evaluation strategies for bias explainability safety and drift
- Develop machine learning workflows using Azure Machine Learning
- Implement data quality checks and ensure model reproducibility
- Lead design and delivery of healthcare analytics and machine learning solutions
- Mentor data scientists and engineers and deliver reusable ML patterns
- Translate business and clinical questions into data science problem statements
- Validate model outputs with engineering teams to productionize solutions
