Document, Fulfillment and Mail Services Team Lead
Tasks
- Coordinate activities across vendors business units and IT
- Coordinate onboarding training and development for staff
- Create operational reports dashboards and performance metrics
- Direct departmental workflows
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and protected health information confidentiality
- Lead daily operations for document fulfillment and mail services
- Maintain procedures work instructions and governance requirements
- Monitor service levels quality standards and performance metrics
- Resolve operational issues and service escalations
- Supervise staff and manage staffing needs
- Support implementation of new services and process improvements
- Support operational planning budgeting workforce planning and performance reporting
