Fulfillment & Operations Supervisor - Onsite
Tasks
- Attend onboarding meetings for new WatchPAT Direct accounts
- Coach WPD team using performance metrics
- Conduct performance reviews for WPD team
- Maintain KPIs and adjust as needed
- Maintain inventory for WatchPAT Direct and B2B operations
- Manage Microsoft Dynamics tasks
- Manage Salesforce tasks
- Manage communication with WatchPAT Direct accounts
- Monitor and manage CloudPAT and Somnoware tasks
- Provide customer service for WatchPAT Direct accounts
- Provide operational leadership for WPD program
- Supervise shipping of B2B orders
- Train direct reports
