• Develop and implement sub divisional strategy
• Ensure network topology architecture and redundancy plans
• Identify and mitigate key risks issues and dependencies
• Lead cross functional meetings and performance reviews
• Maintain IP network databases and documentation
• Manage IP network design and implementation
• Manage budgets and expenditure control
• Manage escalations affecting service delivery
• Monitor KPIs compliance to SLAs and reverse SLAs
• Oversee work order issuance and reconciliation
• Plan and manage MPLS and metro network migrations
• Produce HLD and LLD for IP network segments
