Training Analytics and Projects Manager
Tasks
- Align recruitment pipeline with training capacity and upgrade timelines
- Analyze instructor productivity and training throughput
- Analyze simulator utilization and slot efficiency
- Coordinate with external training providers
- Coordinate with group training crew planning recruitment and finance
- Define resources simulators instructors and training infrastructure
- Develop long term training capacity plans
- Improve training efficiency and resource utilization
- Lead training transformation and performance improvement projects
- Manage data quality and systems improvements
- Monitor training performance across short term execution and long term trends
- Own long term crew recruitment and training demand plan
- Perform root cause analysis on training deviations
- Provide structured reporting for decision making
- Track forecast vs actual delivery
- Translate fleet growth attrition productivity into hiring requirements
