Tasks
- Analyze performance and optimize scalability reliability and maintainability
- Apply prompt engineering guardrails and evaluation frameworks for safe accurate responses
- Configure and tune IVR call flows and ASR grammar for optimal containment and CSAT
- Deploy test and support bots and agents in production with CI CD collaboration
- Design and build LLM powered agents with tool and API invocation
- Design build and maintain intents entities dialog flows and NLU models for voicebots and chatbots
- Document flows prompts agent logic and integration architecture
- Implement RAG pipelines connecting agents to knowledge bases and CRM and backend systems
- Implement authentication authorization and secure data exchange patterns
- Integrate conversational solutions with CRM ticketing and telephony and backend systems using APIs
- Monitor bot performance and retrain and tune NLU models using production utterances
- Orchestrate multi agent workflows with handoffs and human in the loop checkpoints
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Write test and iterate conversation scripts and prompts with edge case handling
