Fulfillment Coordinator
Tasks
- Arrange IT and repair parts shipments
- Communicate inventory shortages
- Coordinate shipping with third party manufacturers
- Create shipping documents for freight and parcels
- Fulfill purchase orders and schedule shipments
- Handle customer service enquiries
- Maintain process shipping and receiving documents
- Manage third party shipping
- Prioritize warehouse picking and shipping
- Provide estimates to sales reps and field service reps
- Report data tracking and order discrepancies
- Review Salesforce open cases
- Review and process sales orders
- Review and process shipping MaintainX orders
- Review fulfillment inbox for shipping issues
- Schedule inbound truckload components
- Transact items in BC DMO Blow Mold
- Troubleshoot delivery issues and manage product returns
