Tasks
- Advise leadership on projects tasks and operations
- Coordinate and monitor scheduling budget and technical performance
- Define master project plan using hybrid agile and waterfall governance
- Develop and review statements of work and project presentations
- Develop prioritized PMO roadmaps
- Develop solutions to program problems
- Drive continuous development of PMO accelerators
- Ensure adherence to program plans and schedules
- Lead project teams and assigned team members
- Manage KPI reporting and analysis
- Manage issue risk and stakeholder communication
- Manage project delivery on time and within budget
- Organize and monitor interconnected projects
- Partner with stakeholders across implementation lifecycle requirements analysis design testing and deployment
- Run scrum sprints and retrospectives
- Support escalation of risks mitigation and change management
- Support resource assignment and evaluate project managers
- Use project management tools to track progress
