ED, HR Analytics : Job Level - Executive Director

Tasks
- Advise business units on compensation strategy
- Advise on offer structuring and regulatory implications
- Collaborate with legal tax finance risk compliance and regulatory relations
- Deliver regulatory remuneration disclosures
- Drive continuous improvement using AI and technology tools
- Lead EMEA compensation cycles
- Lead EU wage transparency and pay equity reporting
- Lead and mentor distributed compensation team
- Manage MRT identification and deferral requirements
- Monitor and implement UK and EU remuneration regulatory changes
- Oversee compensation operations and governance
- Perform compensation benchmarking and market analysis
- Present compensation matters to board level audiences
- Provide compensation inputs to governance committees
- Serve as regulator contact for remuneration matters
- Support job architecture compensation frameworks
