Tasks
- Build configurable manufacturing workflows and dispatching logic
- Configure production tracking and electronic batch records for traceability
- Create scalable database architectures for genealogy traceability and quality management
- Create technical documentation system specifications SOPs and training materials
- Design develop implement MES platforms for semiconductor manufacturing
- Develop MES application frameworks APIs services and user interfaces
- Develop dashboards reporting tools and real time manufacturing monitoring
- Ensure cybersecurity data integrity system reliability and regulatory compliance
- Implement AI enabled capabilities for predictive maintenance anomaly detection and process optimization
- Integrate MES with ERP equipment automation PLCs SCADA and historians
- Integrate predictive analytics and machine learning with manufacturing systems
- Plan and execute system upgrades patches and scalability improvements
- Support software lifecycle management upgrades and performance optimization
- Translate business requirements into software solutions
