Agentic AI Engineer (ITSM & Enterprise Automation)
Tasks
- Build and curate knowledge sources with governance
- Build and manage AI agents for IT incidents and service requests
- Build and operate AI driven IT operations
- Create knowledge ingestion pipelines
- Design agentic workflows with branching retries timeouts approvals and human in the loop
- Design build and run agentic AI workflows
- Design event driven integrations using webhooks and triggers
- Develop agentic apps for repeatable ITSM and infrastructure automations
- Develop prompt engineering for AI agents
- Implement AI functions for classification enrichment summarization and extraction
- Implement OAuth 2.0 authentication flows
- Implement integrations using MCP APIs and webhooks
- Integrate Microsoft 365 using Microsoft Graph API
- Lead technical investigation and architecture for agentic AI use cases
- Monitor dashboards and agent interaction traces and workflow execution logs
- Orchestrate conversational AI for employee self service
- Partner with information security for least privilege secret management and auditability
- Provide technical leadership for automation self serve tooling
- Troubleshoot API integrations and automation failures
